1/2 lb. (2+ cups) Clover Creek Cheese Cellar Royer Mountain Cheese | 3/4 cup Milk |
2 cans Green Chilies (Chopped) | |
Shred cheese. Beat eggs with fork and add all ingredients except chilies. Place chilies on bottom of greased 9 x 13 pan. Pour mixture on top. Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 400º. |
